The Aussie Tex website is a digital lookbook and discovery platform. Where online ordering is not enabled, no financial transactions take place through the website.
2. Product Inquiries & WhatsApp Messaging
Initiating an inquiry via WhatsApp or phone does not constitute a legally binding purchase, reservation or contract. Garment availability and final sizing confirmation are provided individually by our team.
3. Pricing and Specifications
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. While we make every effort to display accurate pricing and fibre compositions, errors may occasionally occur and will be clarified during consultation.
4. Intellectual Property
All imagery, brand logos, copy, lookbook photography and design remain the exclusive intellectual property of Aussie Tex.
