1. Australian Consumer Law Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
2. 30-Day Change-of-Mind Returns
We accept returns of unworn, unaltered garments with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of inspection at our Melbourne studio.
